Good Morning Everyone!
If you are feeling overwhelmed, especially when it comes to your home and your space - its time to do something about it. Decluttering your home is one of the most inspiring things you can do to boost your mental health and reduce your stress levels, in turn this gives you more time to focus on what really matters.

Do you have bins and baskets of endless things in your bathroom that you NEVER throw out? How about drawers in every room of just unorganized junk? Is your dresser piled high with clothes, gadgets and a million other things? If the answer is yes, i need to to take a step back and look at what that is doing to your mind. You are LITERALLY putting yourself in a state of stress paralysis. STOP!
I need you to make a plan right this second! Get out a note book and write down all of the rooms or areas you need to declutter: Living room, bathroom, bedroom, car: ANYTHING! Once you have written this list you need to put it into action! Prioritize the list, room by room of what spaces you need to do first and start with one! Also, you don't have to do this all in one day, because you should be taking your time and really organizing yourself and this may take longer than you expect.
So, heres what you do: If you cannot remember the last time you used something, say goodbye! Throw out, donate or otherwise purge it ALL! Bring all of these spaces down to the basics. Anything you want to keep has to have an organized spot to go and those items will get put back in their spot any time they are used.
I promise folks, this is going to work wonders for your mental health, your stress levels and your time management! And if you are a mom, decluttering your child's clothes and toys will give you back several hours of cleaning up a week! Keep only what is necessary! Likely, they throw all their other toys on the floor looking for the one they always play with anyways! Its time to get started folks, good luck and let me know how you do!!
Lots of Love,
