It's time to get up beautiful! Starting your day off right is absolutely essential to the success you achieve and your productivity levels throughout the day. Everyone has different needs, goals and interest and you want to start the day off with health habits that help you focus and achieve your daily goals.
Here is my morning routine & how i start the day off like a badass.
Wake up: 6am
Shower/Get Ready: 6:00-6:20am
Iced Coffee & Breakfast While I Write My Blog: 6:20-6:45am (I also like to drink AG1 for my daily vitamins and an extra boost in the morning)
Meditation: 6:45-7am (This helps to clear brain fog and induce creative thinking)
Stretching & Yoga: 7-7:30am
Working on Social Media Content & Responding to Email: 7:30-8am
Finish Getting Ready for Work: 8-8:15am
Leave for Work!
Your morning habits shape who you are and what you can achieve. Giving your body the fuel it needs to have high energy throughout the day will keep you on track and propel you forward. Activities that focus your mind and boost creativity will help you to face the challenges and road blocks throughout the day in a more effective and thoughtful way. Not to mention they are good for your overall health and stress levels!
So, take a look at your goals today and develop a routine that supports the life style that you want to live, and stick to it!
