10 Minute Morning Stretching & Yoga!

So, we have learned in this blog how to get our mind to wake up in the morning, but what about our bodies?? Just ten minutes of Yoga and stretching in the morning is a super simple way to boost your energy and loosen up your muscles and joints so you can feel your best all day. Stretching in the mornings also decreases the chances of you straining yourself through physical activity and reduces the likelihood of simple injuries. Its a Win-Win and it only costs you 10 minutes.



I personally just have a simple pink yoga mat that I lay down in front of the Smart TV in my living room and I like to follow this morning yoga routine from Yoga with Kassandra on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T41mYCmtWls Its quick and efficient and makes me feel great! I do a lot of physical work, and it dramatically reduces the chance of me hurting myself when I am carrying around heavy boxes of candles or wax.
