What scents should I use to get the most benefit?

  • Relaxation - Lavender

  • Meditation - Orange

  • Anxiety - Sandalwood

  • Rest - Ylang Ylang

  • Increasing Mood - Lemon


And of course if you want to address several things at once you can also combine these scents though some pair better than others such as Lavender and Sandalwood which work together to create a very calming environment.
